I’ve always hated having flat breasts but mainly being out of proportion with my stomach. In 2012 I had 300cc round under the muscle implants. Initially I was happy because they were subtle unless I wore a push up bra but my stomach still protruded more so in 2019 I got teardrop 550 revision. These are not subtleI’m concerned about the weight. I like being active and have tried core exercises for my stomach. I hate animation deformity. Is my skin too stretched for removal to fat teansfer

Determining the best course of action for your specific situation would require a thorough evaluation by a qualified plastic surgeon. They will assess the condition of your breast tissue, the quality of your skin, and discuss your concerns and goals with you.

In general, if you're considering a more natural and subtle enhancement for your breasts while addressing the issue of protruding stomach, fat transfer (also known as fat grafting or fat injection) could be an option worth exploring. During a fat transfer procedure, fat cells are harvested from one area of your body (usually through liposuction) and then injected into another area, such as the breasts, to add volume and improve shape.

However, the success of fat transfer depends on several factors, including the availability of donor fat, the quality of your skin, and the desired outcome. If your skin has been stretched significantly due to previous implants and revisions, it's possible that it may not have enough elasticity to accommodate the fat transfer procedure effectively. In such cases, a plastic surgeon may recommend alternative options, such as a breast lift (mastopexy) combined with fat transfer or a different approach altogether.

it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. generally speaking, it is possible to get fat transfer in order to gain some breast size after removal of implants. If you are considering surgery, I would suggest you consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination, you will get more information and recommendations.

You did not post photos, but I suspect your tissue is now thin from being stretched with large implants. It may be too thin for fat transfer to do well. However, you can consider going down to a more reasonable size, even like 350 cc's and perhaps a lift. Please visit with a plastic surgeon to see what is reasonable for you.

Without pictures, we can’t make an assessment. Fat transfer is very subtle compared to implants and fat transfer unlike implants does not have a significant impact on the shape of the breast. Fat transfer does not give the projection that implants does.
Fat transfer can deliver 1/2 cup size when done by a competent surgeon. The results are subtle and not even close to what possible with implant augmentation.
Delivering consistent quality, liposuction and fat transfer results is more difficult than most people realize. The number of plastic surgeons who can do this procedure well on a consistent basis is an a small minority. Patient should be exceedingly cautious when choosing providers for permanent irreversible body contouring procedures that can potentially leave people disfigured.

Thank you for your question.  Of course it is important to consult an experience board-certified plastic surgeon for proper answers.

However be aware that after the removal of 550 cc breast implants your breast tissues will be somewhat stretched after removal.  Fat transfer of fat grafting is certainly a possibility but understand that initial fat grafting may not achieve adequate volume to fully restore your breasts.  Typically with fat grafting a second fat grafting is often required to achieve a desired volume.
