You did not post photos, but I suspect your tissue is now thin from being stretched with large implants. It may be too thin for fat transfer to do well. However, you can consider going down to a more reasonable size, even like 350 cc's and perhaps a lift. Please visit with a plastic surgeon to see what is reasonable for you.
