Amazing Outcome
I did research for over 3 years before finding the perfect surgeon. Dr.Ken smart not only knowledgeable and professional but gave me exactly what I asked for and the outcome could not be more perfect. I have struggled my entire life with body issues and this made me feel more confident and beautiful. I am thinking of doing another surgery with him as well. I highly recommend him for sure.

Unreal, Amazing Results!!
I can’t say enough about Dr. Smart and his entire staff! My journey started with them in November 2025 and he was so kind and gentle with me while I was so embarrassed of my body. He treated me as if he didn’t see what I saw (but of course he did because that was the reason I was there). I had my tummy tuck (apron belly removal) and 360 lipo and I cannot believe the difference, I literally get compliments to this day still asking who did my surgery (and were in September 2026)!

Beyond Exceeded my Expectations!
My results far exceeded my expectations! From the consultation to the post op appt, I was confident that we chose the right person for the job! This AMAZING doctor and his incredible staff make you feel comfortable and truly listen to what you are wanting. I can attest to the fact that his belly buttons definitely do NOT suck! If you are looking for a knowledgeable and skilled surgeon who will give you results you never thought were possible, be "Smart" and look no further!

Tummy Tuck, Lipo, Breast Lift + Aug After 100lb Weight Loss
I'm just under 3 weeks post op from my tummy tuck + lipo and breast lift/augmentation with Dr. Smart. I'm very happy with the results and the care I've received so far. The night nurses were especially great. I'm looking forward to healing and seeing the final result, and will update my review as more time passes. After being obese for most of my life and losing 100 pounds, I had a lot of sagging skin on my belly. I also had extremely asymmetrical breasts which called for

Chubby Mommy….makeover
I’ve gained a lot of weight over the years. Every plastic surgeon I went to told me I’d have to lose 55 or more lbs to get a mommy makeover. I tried a few diets, but nothing would work. Dr Smart and his nurses treated me with dignity and assured me he could do my mommy makeover. The results are beautiful and I feel so confident. The surgery somehow jump started my metabolism, and I’ve been able to lose almost 30 lbs since the surgery. If you are chubby and on the fence about

Definitely Worth It
I got a Tummy tuck with 360 lipo, breast lift and reduction, and a mons lift and chin lipo. Recovery was very hard but this surgeon did such an amazing job. My skin flap was 5lbs and he got 5 liters off my back and front. My breast’s are the perfect size.

I felt confident he was the best of the best and my results solidify that
I put years of research into this journey in all aspects but especially a ton of research into Dr. Smart. I felt confident he was the best of the best and my results solidify that. He is very precise and detail oriented and it shows in his work as a surgeon. I am in love with my results and as I heal I love them more and more. His staff is amazing and I have had a great experience start to finish. Updated on 15 Mar 2023: 3 months post op and loving everything!

Best plastic surgeon in DFW - I am so happy with my results
Dr Smart is incredible and very talented. He did my breasts implant revision and they now look better than after I had my first surgery done 10 years before. He is the only surgeon I trust for all my cosmetic procedures, such as lip fillers and Botox. I am so happy with my results that I already have a couple of appointments scheduled with him. He is also very patient with my questions and concerns, always explaining everything in a way that you can see his extensive experience

So far, ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I had a Tummy Tuck, with lipo to my back, flanks, stomach, arms and chin as well as a breast lift
I am 7dpo from my mommy makeover with Dr. Ken Smart and his staff at Frisco Plastic Surgery. I had a Tummy Tuck, with lipo to my back, flanks, stomach, arms and chin as well as a breast lift. My favorite part so far is my beasts. They are a great size and my nipples are perfect. They are back where they belong! I love my tummy as well but there is still a lot of swelling. I went to Dr Ken Smart because I loved the way his belly buttons look. And mine is not disappointing. In

4 babies and several years later I came to a point in my life where I was able to do something just for me. I had my first baby when I was 15, I don't even remember what I looked like before kids. I was a kid raising kids for so long. I decided it was time, I've had this on my mind for years, all my kids are grown and gone, it's time for me. My only regret is not having the balls to do this sooner!! I love my results and I honestly feel so much better about how I look. I went
