I'm just under 3 weeks post op from my tummy tuck + lipo and breast lift/augmentation with Dr. Smart. I'm very happy with the results and the care I've received so far. The night nurses were especially great. I'm looking forward to healing and seeing the final result, and will update my review as more time passes. After being obese for most of my life and losing 100 pounds, I had a lot of sagging skin on my belly. I also had extremely asymmetrical breasts which called for a unilateral/one sided breast lift. I was so concerned that they would still look different and it was incredible to wake up with breasts that look "normal". I'm still so early in my healing journey, but I can already tell that this is going to be one of the best and most rewarding things I've done for myself.

I got a Tummy tuck with 360 lipo, breast lift and reduction, and a mons lift and chin lipo. Recovery was very hard but this surgeon did such an amazing job. My skin flap was 5lbs and he got 5 liters off my back and front. My breast’s are the perfect size.

I put years of research into this journey in all aspects but especially a ton of research into Dr. Smart. I felt confident he was the best of the best and my results solidify that. He is very precise and detail oriented and it shows in his work as a surgeon. I am in love with my results and as I heal I love them more and more. His staff is amazing and I have had a great experience start to finish. Updated on 15 Mar 2023: 3 months post op and loving everything!

Dr Smart is incredible and very talented. He did my breasts implant revision and they now look better than after I had my first surgery done 10 years before. He is the only surgeon I trust for all my cosmetic procedures, such as lip fillers and Botox. I am so happy with my results that I already have a couple of appointments scheduled with him. He is also very patient with my questions and concerns, always explaining everything in a way that you can see his extensive experience and knowledge. His med spa is immaculate and his team is always helpful, friendly and welcoming. I would recommend Dr Smart to anyone!

I am 7dpo from my mommy makeover with Dr. Ken Smart and his staff at Frisco Plastic Surgery. I had a Tummy Tuck, with lipo to my back, flanks, stomach, arms and chin as well as a breast lift. My favorite part so far is my beasts. They are a great size and my nipples are perfect. They are back where they belong! I love my tummy as well but there is still a lot of swelling. I went to Dr Ken Smart because I loved the way his belly buttons look. And mine is not disappointing. In fact I find it super cute and can't wait or the swelling to go down even more in the next few weeks so that I can really see the final results. His staff was amazing. Rachel has been very helpful and has answered any and all of my questions. I stayed overnight and I know for a fact I am a pain coming off of an anesthesia, but her and the other nurse (I was so out of it I can't remember her name) were very accommodating and helpful. His staff truly are all amazing. Jenny helped with anxiety before the surgery and answered all of my technical and travel questions since we traveled 6 hours for the procedure! Carla is always super helpful! I loved my experience and I am so grateful for this life change they have given me! I will update every couple of weeks what my results turn out to be. But I am positive they will be amazing!!

4 babies and several years later I came to a point in my life where I was able to do something just for me. I had my first baby when I was 15, I don't even remember what I looked like before kids. I loved every part of my journey with Dr. Smart and his staff! I am a 31 year old mother of 3, and pregnancy did a number on my body. I spent months researching surgeons and looking at post op pictures, in search of the perfect post tummy tuck belly button! I went to Frisco Plastic Surgery for my consultation and immediately felt so comfortable with Dr. Smart and his staff. Dr. Smart did a mommy makeover on me which consisted of an implant exchange, reduction, lift, liposuction in the abdomen/back/flanks, and a tummy tuck. I was so comfortable in his care, and truly felt like he listened to what I wanted, and took the time to explain everything in depth & without hesitation. I was VERY concerned about the post tummy tuck belly button, as I’ve seen so many belly button fails - and I honestly could NOT be happier with my belly button and the way that my scars are healing! I am 4 months post op, and I’m down 4 pant sizes! I still cannot believe that the body in the mirror is MINE - and I owe that to him! I am have no regrets whatsoever. I cannot express enough how amazing Dr. Smart and his team are. I lost over 100lbs and needed my loose skin removed. I had an upper and lower body lift, arms, and breast lift. I had to overnight after my surgery and the nurses took such great care of me. They are always so professional and kind. Dr.Smart’s work is absolutely amazing. He performed a miracle on my body and I couldn’t be happier with the results. There are also constant follow up visits to make sure everything is healing right and when I needed to ask some questions I was able to email the nurse and she got back to me right away.
