Hello..I have done liposuction before two months and had seroma in my lower abdomen..The DR removed it and after one week I went for consultation to see if it reform again he told me every thing is ok now after one month I feel the area of the seroma became solid and its not flat please tell me is this part of normal process? Thank you

Answer: Seroma formation is extremely unusual after liposuction.
The slight prominence of the Mons area is easily treated with liposuction. This can be done with local anesthesia alone. I personally don't have any significant restrictions on the patient's postoperatively. Obviously the area will be sore for a week or so

You are still only 5 months out from your procedure, so you're not fully "done" healing yet. Also, you have a lot of loose skin on your waist and lower back. The skin is likely the real problem here.
