Question

I have had a successful tummy tuck and arm lift, but I am very conscious of my thighs and I know that a thigh lift is pretty complex. Do you think bodytite lipo would be enough, or would I have too much loose skin?

Thigh lift would likely produce a better result, but this will depend upon your goals and your tolerance for scars.

In your case, Bodytite lipo will not be enough.  You have moderate skin laxity and loss of elasticity, so the thigh lift will be a much better procedure for you.  It is not that the procedure is necessarily complex, but for various reasons some surgeons do not like to perform this operation.  In our practice, this is a routine procedure and I would not do a longitudinal (down the leg) incision in your case, as your laxity is all up at the top.  As long as your health is otherwise fine, you should do well here.  Done properly, the procedure involves very little blood loss and provides a good improvement to the thighs.

Unfortunately looking at your pics you are not a candidate for bodytite. The skin does not appear to have enough elasticity to tighten. A thigh lift is recommended.

Based on your photo, it seems like a thigh lift would be more beneficial for you than just a Bodytite lipo. Bodytite lipo is a new form of liposuction that delivers radiofrequency energy prior to fat removal. While it may help tighten your skin, it won’t be to the extent that a thigh lift can tighten your skin. A thigh lift can help remove excess skin and fat from your thighs, resulting in smoother skin and a more refined tone to your upper legs.
Still, a physical consultation with a reputable and board-certified plastic surgeon is necessary for the proper evaluation of your plastic surgery needs. Be sure to find one.
