2 weeks post lip filler and hard lumps won't go away. Alternative than getting them dissolved?

Hello and thank you for your question.  With any injection, there will be some degree of swelling, bruising and tenderness that can last up to 2 weeks (depending on the severity).  Intermittent icing, taking Arnica, and avoiding massage can help in your healing time. Best of luck!

Yes, this amount of swelling isn't typical. I recommend continuing with the antihistamines and checking in with your injector. Hope this helps.

Both products can yield a nice lip result if injected properly, but I will say, Ultra Plus does tend to cause a more firm lip (versus a soft, natural lip with Ultra) and has more potential to have lumps/ bumps once settled. You will probably gain 2-3 months of longevity compared to Ultra. 

Hello, the filler may not have anything to do with your sinus issues. Your sinuses are quite deep to the location in which filler is injected. Please follow up with your injector and also perhaps with your PCP to investigate any underlying allergies or sinus congestion.
