Can my cauliflower ear be corrected? (photos)

Hi. I need some advice on if I could get surgery on my ear, what would be the risks, after care and how long the healing process would be. Sorry, long post. I have a deformed ear caused by a cartilage piercing infection. The look of the ear has gotten me down as it is noticeable not only to me but others too. It is a drastic difference from my right ear (the normal one) as it is very caved in and smaller in appearance and if I look straight there's definitely an imbalance in symmetry. Help
