You would definitely benefit from a conservative upper lip lift and that can absolutely be done at the same time as a face/neck lift. Yes, both these procedures can be done simultaneously. The ideal lip length should be 11-13 mm and I recommend leaving adults at 13 mm of length. Any amount greater than 13 mm can be removed. This procedure can increase youthful ness by exposing some of the upper teeth.

I do think you would benefit from a small lip lift during your procedure. If the corners of the mouth turn down significantly, you may also be a candidate for a comissureplasty to turn them up. As a warning most lip lifts look "overdone" at first as they have a tendency to "loosen" over time to a more natural position.
