I don't want too short a philtrum as I'm 63, and I think that might look odd. Also, I currently use Botox in the DAO muscle because my mouth turns down substantially without it and I look super sad and angry. I do not have tooth show anymore when mouth is at rest .

It is possible that you can undergo a lip lift again. More can be taken laterally than centrally to pull up the corners to correct the asymmetry. If the lip itself is fuller on one side then you may need this area resected surgical as well.
