Hi,Yes, a lip lift would help enhance the aesthetics of not just the lip and smile, but also of the lower face as a whole. While there are several different techniques out there and it's important to be educated on the procedure you are choosing, don't let the excessive amount of information confuse you ... also do not fall for gimmicks. Go to several consultations with reputable, high quality surgeons that specialize in the procedure. In your case, a subnasal bullhorn lip lift that is done properly (deep plane, securing the nasal base) and a corner / lateral lip lift combo would be my choice. The corner is necessary because with a narrow nasal base and relatively wider oral base, the sides of the mouth would look disproportionate and unnatural. There are some more nuances and details to review in each case, but this is why a thorough consultation is necessary. Good luck!

You would be an excellent candidate for a lip lift.  A lip lift does 4 things: shortens the distance between your nose and upper lip, increases the mucosa of the upper lip, increases the incisor show and pulls up the corners.
