Had lip lift procedure but the surgeon cut into the sill of my nose which has caused my left nostril wider opening than the right so when I smile, the columella pulls to the right causing a deformed look Can this be corrected and with what kind of procedure? Thank you

The desired amount of teeth show is about 2 mm with the mouth in repose. Unfortunately, you have not provided any photographs. However, 20 mm philtrum is quite long and needs to be shortened, most likely. I would need photographs to give you a more accurate answer.

A lip lift does 4 things: shortens the distance between your nose and upper lip, increases the mucosa of the upper lip, increases the incisor show and pulls up the corners. There will be no issues with closing your mouth.
