My face is a little weird, so I’m trying to go from weird-pretty to just pretty while still looking natural and not overdone. Right now, I want to get the corners of my lip lifted, my deviated septum fixed, and my chin/jaw reduced a tiny bit so my face is more balanced. On the fence about buccal fat removal (I worry I look like a goldfish with the big cheeks and downturned mouth). Not interested in looking younger (I’m 25) or changing my eye shape.
Answer: Enhancing facial feature for natural look It's important to remember that beauty is subjective and everyone's idea of what's attractive varies. However, if you're considering aesthetic changes, it's crucial to consult with a professional in the field, like a plastic surgeon or dermatologist, to ensure you make safe and healthy decisions. 1. Lip Lift: A lip lift can help raise the corners of your mouth, creating a more balanced and youthful appearance. 2. Septum Surgery: Fixing a deviated septum can not only improve your breathing but also balance your facial appearance. 3. Chin/Jaw Reduction: If you feel that your chin or jaw is too prominent, a reduction could help create a more balanced look. 4. Buccal Fat Removal: This procedure reduces the size of your cheeks. However, it's important to consider future aging processes. As we age, we naturally lose facial fat, and removal of buccal fat can potentially lead to a gaunter appearance in the future. In addition to these procedures, consider the following tips to enhance your natural beauty: 1. Skincare: Maintain a regular skincare routine that includes cleansing, toning, moisturizing, and applying sunscreen. 2. Makeup: Use makeup to enhance your natural features. Contouring can help highlight your cheekbones and other facial structure. 3. Healthy Lifestyle: Drink plenty of water, eat a balanced diet, and get regular exercise. This can help improve your skin's appearance and overall health. 4. Confidence: Confidence is one of the most attractive qualities a person can have. Embrace your unique features and love yourself for who you are. Remember, any decision about alterations to your body should be made with the guidance of a medical professional and should be something you are doing for yourself, not to meet the expectations of others.

Answer: Rhinoplasty, lip lift and chin implant I would recommend you begin with a rhinoplasty as your nose is crooked. At the same time, you can undergo a lip lift. A lip lift does 4 things: shortens the distance between your nose and upper lip, increases the mucosa of the upper lip, increases the incisor show and pulls up the corners. You would also benefit from a chin implant. All 3 procedures can be done simultaneously and the total cost would be about $15,000. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: Balance You have good skin, nice hair, good cheeks, great eyebrows and other positive features. The key is balance. Your lip seems to be being pulled to the side by your nose (perhaps the septum), and you likely have breathing problems (valve collapse) other than the septal deviation. A corner lip lift may help and buccal fat too, but, there are other features that are likely more significant. A consultation in person is the best first step.
