I had a lip lift with fat grafting at the same time, in 2020 when I was 19. I wanted extremely subtle results. The fat transfer was heavily suggested by my surgeon. I’ve brought up my concerns about the lumps and unevenness so many times but he said all he can do is put more fat in. He no longer operates now. Would a lip reduction help? I feel as though it’s worsened my asymmetry.
