Is there really a difference between the settings/protocol used on the abs vs glutes? I know protocol 2 is supposed to conserve all the fat and only burn muscle but does it make a big difference? I think my doctor has been using protocol 1 on my glutes instead of protocol 2 and I'm wondering if it will make my butt flatter

Answer: Protocols 1 and 2 Protocol 1 also can diminish fat as well as increase muscle mass. Protocol 2 is mostly for muscle. Protocol 1 is used for the abdomen. This is the recommendation from the BTL company as well as this is where they are seeing the best results. Technically, however, either can be used anywhere!
