Thank you for your photos.  You appear to be a very good candidate for tummy tuck.  This will remove the skin and tighten the underlying muscles to give you a flat belly.  Liposuction of the hips help form an hourglass body. Be sure to see a board certified plastic surgeon.

It looks like you are still in the early phases of healing after your abfominoplasty. The scarring and swelling on the bottom of your incision will get better as time goes by and the look will likely improve
