It looks like you are still in the early phases of healing after your abfominoplasty. The scarring and swelling on the bottom of your incision will get better as time goes by and the look will likely improve 

I only see one. The vertical scar is used to keep your horizontal scar low when the skin originally from above your belly button doesn't reach that lower scar. Because you already have stretch marks in this area it will eventually fade and look like a stretch mark. Healing in the T area is typically very slow, and often times needs a revision (just under local in the office). You should be doing some type of wound care to speed this healing up, and have any spitting sutures removed if they are present as this slows down the healing process. See your surgeon for an exam and recommendations for wound care.If you have lost a lot of weight that explains the loss of volume in your buttock area. When you later gain you should see the results of your BBL becoming more apparent. You look quite thin so you may not have had a lot of fat to transfer, so again discuss this with your surgeon.You are very early in the healing phase and should be focussing on healing your incisions, scar care, and good nutrition. Follow your surgeons advice on your activity level as well. Once you are completely healed (at around a year) you can revise the central part of your scar if needed.Best of luck,
