Can I try Cryotherapy sessions and what other alternatives are there to get swelling down? Any suggestions would help. My Dr said do not use compression garments or waist trainers, I was making the swelling worse, I am 4 weeks post op from full tummy tuck with lipo and muscle tightening of the abs.

Thank you for your photos. You appear to be a very good candidate for tummy tuck. This will remove the skin and tighten the underlying muscles to give you a flat belly. Liposuction of the hips help form an hourglass body. Be sure to see a board certified plastic surgeon.
I only see one. The vertical scar is used to keep your horizontal scar low when the skin originally from above your belly button doesn't reach that lower scar. Because you already have stretch marks in this area it will eventually fade and look like a stretch mark. Healing in the T area is...
For cases like you describe, I'll generally charge the patient for facility and anesthesia time, but won't charge them a 'surgeon's fee'. All of these policies are explained to patients prior to surgery - so there are no difficult post operative discussion about revisions.
