I'm not sure when you had your touch-up. Swelling can be typical. Icing and cold compresses may give improvement. I would wait a full 2 weeks before judging the results. If it is after the two week wait, you can have the filler reversed with hyaluronidase.

You can ask your injector to have some of the hyaluronic acid dissolved with hyaluronidase and change the technique in lip augmentation to create more height in the upper lip. If your injector cannot do, it then find yourself someone else. Good luck from New York City

yes. Too much Juvederm in the border casued it. The only immediate correction is to dissolve it centrally. Otherwise wait it out. 

For any filler you don't like, you can have hyaluronidase injected to dissolve the parts you don't like, then you can add more filler to other areas. I would recommend a consultation with an experienced injector - they may need to dissolve some and add some in order to get the look you want. Good luck!
