How to make my face look more cute and smaller? Would a nose job help? (photos)

Dear Lea,   Thanks for submitting your picture and your goal picture, though, a side view pictures of your face would have been very helpful. From observing your picture, your nose appear to have wide slope, wide alar base (nostrils) and wide tip. So, indeed, I agree with you that reducing the size of your nose will make your face more balanced and attractive.  Another procedure for you to consider is chin implant, which will lengthen slightly your chin. That will add to your attractiveness, since beauty is based on balance and harmony. If you notice, at your goal picture, her chin is longer than yours and it creates a very attractive harmony of the face.  You can't expect to get the same result of your goal picture, however the concept is definitely valid and your nose can be made smaller and more attractive.    Always, consult with experienced board certified plastic surgeons who do lots of rhinoplasty in accredited surgery center for your safety. photograph, you may benefit from a tip refining rhinoplasty. Your surgeon can
accomplish this by trimming, suturing, and reshaping the cartilage in your
lower nose.   Make sure you specifically look at before and after
pictures of real patients who have had this surgery performed by your surgeon
and not just a computer animation system. The most important
aspect is to find a surgeon you are comfortable with. I recommend that you seek
consultation with a qualified board-certified plastic surgeon who can evaluate
you in person.

I think your face in the photo is quite cute, particularly your very sweet eyes.  I don't think you should change it at all.

You would need to be seen in person  to be properly evaluated for a rhinoplasty.  Your skin thickness may limit the refinement that you seek.

Your picture is a good place to start.  Try a photo taken with a portrait lens at a face to lens distance of about eight feet.  Take another look and notice the improvements.  Let us see the nose from a profile and worms eye view?  Your problem may be a camera problem instead of a nose problem.
