I accidentally removed my dissolvable stitches inside my nose, will this impact my results? (Photo)

Most absorbable sutures dissolve on their own. If they are loose, it is ok to remove them. I do not recommend pulling anything with force. In regards to the timing of the sutures, it depends what suture was placed. The best answer to your specific question would come from your surgeon as he knows the type of suture placed and its intention. Good luck to you.

A month after surgery is not a critical point.  To have the stitches come out in the first 7 to 10 days, that might have lead to some trouble, but it is not likely your end result will be influenced by the premature removal of the stitches.  You will just have to see how this plays out.  You will know at the 3-4 month mark if there are any issues.  Your surgeon, of course, being very familiar with what stitches he used and where he placed him, will be able to give you an explanation as to what is going on.  In the meantime, I would not worry.  It is all up to nature now.  You cannot influence the outcome at this point and worrying is not going to help, certainly. 

Be sure to see your doctor if you are particularly anxious at this point but, otherwise, the most important visit will be at the 100-day mark, at which time much of the basic healing has been done.  Remember, it takes up to a year for complete healing to take place and for nature to kind of ripen and mature the nose.

Those type of sutures are supposed to come out after 1 to 3 weeks. 
There should be no effect
