I have decided on my surgery, I am for sure doing the tummy tuck, but very conflicted about breast implants. I would need a Bilateral lift, with mastopexy on one breast and implants on both. I am told this is the most complicated breast surgery. My boobs look great in a bra now. Even though they are asymmetrical. Will they look even bigger after tummy tuck, maybe just be happy with current breasts?
