Having a tummy tuck, should I have breast implants too?

Both surgeries can be safely performed together.  Breast symmetry procedures are truly challenging, but your plastic surgeon should have no issue with it if he/she has offered to perform the procedure for you.  The breasts may seem larger after your tummy tuck because the tummy will seem smaller in comparison.  This is a personal decision.  You should communicate with your doctor for further guidance.  Good luck and be safe.John T. If the answer is yes than a breast augmentation with unilateral lift  can accomplish this.  Combining breast surgery with a tummy tuck with possible liposuction (mommy makeover", can can reduce some of the fees compared with doing them separately.  However, If you are happy with your breasts, just do the yummy tuck .  Ultimately it's your decision.

Breast augmentation is often performed at the same time as a tummy tuck. This combination is also known as a "a mommy makeover". A tummy tuck will often make your breasts appear larger. The question of wether to have both procedures or not is personal. Medically it is safe to combine them.
