Do i need revision now as one of my ears becom normal and the other is overpinned also can i put anything behind the overcorreted one to lift it during the healing ?

Thank you for your question and pictures. You would be a great candidate for a standard otoplasty utilizing Mustarde (sutures to recreate the anti helix) and Furnas (ear setback) suture techniques. Otoplasty is a surgical technique used to correct prominent and/or asymmetric ears....
I would say it is not a universal practice with any clear benefit but a personal preference which we all have in our approach to surgery. I suggest you ask your surgeon for his/her reasons.
