Ears, when measured as the distance away from the scalp, should be within 3mm of each other. Too early to completely assess your result. Best not to attempt to change their position without the guidance of your PS. Good luck.

6 weeks post op is still early....give things a chance to settle.  Definitely discuss your concerns with your surgeon as well. Good luck!
