I currently have a Crease in my Earlobes. Is this something fat transfer can correct? I have never heard of anyone getting this done. If so, Doctors can you post before and after pics?

Answer: Plumping up earlobes you certainly could transfer fat to your earlobes, but personally, I would be in better favor of simply using an off the shelf filler (like Restylane or Juvederm). The metabolism in the area is minimal so fillers should last there for years. I also like fillers for that area because the control is better. Since you have 2 earlobes that you are presumably trying to match, fillers are much more predictable than fat grafting. Definitely seek an in person consult with a board certified plastic surgeon so that you have the full range of options available to you. Good luck!

Answer: Fat transfer to earlobes The short answer is yes. Whether that is the best option is tough to say without photos. The crease may not completely go away, but your earlobe will be fuller. Do you already have large earlobes? Maybe a reduction would be a better idea.
