Will septorhinoplasty make my nose 100 percent straight? (Photos)

Can a crooked nose be made 100% straight? as soon as you use terms like 100% or “perfect“ the honest answer has to be no. It is an old adage that crooked noses cannot be made perfectly straight. Usually they can be made so much straighter that the small residual imperfection is barely noticeable. And when it is slightly crooked there are minor secondary procedures such as small onlay grafts that could be used to make the nose appear even straighter. but the honest answer to your question is that a crooked nose can usually not be made 100% straight.

Perfection is unattainable. It's not about the execution of the surgical procedure, it's about the unpredictability of healing. Just like all the other complications you have to sign off on when you prepare for your surgical procedure, one of them is that you may want a revision for whatever reason. No ethical surgeon will guarantee perfection. You're nose exhibits significant distortion and will look wonderful after a septorhinoplasty.
