I'm 35F and have always carried more weight in my arms. I was 260lbs at one point, then lost 100lbs and obviously had some loose skin, but also still had excess fat in my arms, even after working out for years. I had coolsculpting done years ago with okay results, but then gained weight from pregnancy and it seems to have gone back to how it was prior. I am wondering if bodytite or vaser would help slim my arms and tighten the skin, or if I'm more likely to end up with MORE loose skin if i do it.
Answer: Am I a candidate? BodyTite combined with liposuction will remove excess fat and give you some skin tightening. It is designed for those with mild to moderate skin laxity. Those with good skin elasticity have better results than those who do not. I've included a video that I hope you find helpful.

Answer: Consider an arm lift While Bodytite will tighten up the skin on your upper arm, it probably won’t make enough of a difference for you to be happy with the results. You may end up preferring an arm lift, or brachioplasty, though it’s difficult to tell from your photos. I don’t think Vaser would make much of a difference either way.

Answer: Fat and loose skin Great question—and one that's actually quite common for people who've experienced significant weight loss or changes post-pregnancy. Both BodyTite and VASER can offer significant improvements for arms with stubborn fat and loose skin, but they work a bit differently. BodyTite - Best for: Fat reduction and skin tightening. - How it works: Uses radiofrequency-assisted lipolysis (RFAL) to melt fat and stimulate collagen production, which helps contract the skin. - Ideal candidate: Someone with mild to moderate skin laxity and stubborn fat deposits. Since you've already had some skin looseness from weight loss, BodyTite could help tighten that area while slimming it. VASER Liposuction - Best for: More focused fat removal with some skin tightening. - How it works: Uses ultrasound energy to break up fat for more precise liposuction. - Ideal candidate: Someone looking for high-definition contouring and who still has relatively good skin elasticity. In your case, it may remove the fat effectively but won’t tighten the skin as much as BodyTite. Will it cause more loose skin? That’s unlikely with BodyTite, as it's designed to address both fat and mild to moderate skin laxity. VASER alone, however, may improve contour but won’t offer the same level of tightening, so if skin laxity is already a concern, BodyTite may be the more appropriate choice. Bottom Line Given your history of weight loss and post-pregnancy changes, BodyTite may be a better fit for tackling both the residual fat and loose skin on your arms. It could help create a slimmer, firmer appearance without increasing skin laxity.

Answer: The hidden incision arm tuck is perfect for you. The new advanced arm tucks are so great since the incision is hidden in the arm pits only. (nothing going down the arms). Liposuction and morpheus/quantum is also done 1st then the hidden incision is done where the excess skin is pulled into the armpits and removed. It is all done under local with a little iv sedation for complete comfort.

Answer: Maybe Skin retraction after liposuction with or without skin tightening depends on initial skin quality. I think your concerns about creating more loose skin are valid. In general, “skin tightening” procedures can be effective but are less predictable than excision procedures. Based on you pictures it seems reasonable to start with lipo + bodytite/renuvion. It does not preclude an arm lift in the future. However, in person evaluation would be very important to assess the overall skin quality.
