Gynecomastia surgery 3 months ago. Also my upper chest is to flat now. Each side looks different.

Got gynecomastia surgery 3 months a go. There is still lumps on my left side where the gyno was original. .

I would wait at least 6 months post-gynocomastia to advise patients if they will require more surgery or not. In certain cases if the operation was very extensive, I might extend this waiting time to 12 months, so I would advise you to be patient and reassess the situation in 6 months time.

Persistence of a seroma can be a problem for many types of surgery. Your surgeon is doing the right thing by removing the fluid, and eventually this fluid will stop coming back. I would also advise for you to wear a tight fitted garment.

If your gynecomastia has been present for more than 2 years, it most likely is permanent and can only be resolved by surgery. Gynecomastia surgery is not considered a medically necessary procedure, however if it bothers you be sure to see a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon who specializes in...

Many men your age and older have gynecomastia surgery and do very well. As long as your health is good, you should not have any problems. Be sure to see a board certified plastic surgeon who specializes in gynecomastia. Good luck.

It is possible but unlikely for the leftover breast tissue to be regrowing, assuming you aren't on certain medications.  It is more likely that there is some scarring or induration that you are feeling more now that the inital swelling is down.  This should be followed closely so make sure yo...

Scar tissue will have a completely different look to healthy tissues or other glands when viewed with an ultrasound. If indeed these scar tissues are under your skin, then 2-3 months after surgery is a reasonable enough time to consider cortisone injection if the scar tissue is excessive.
