I have a bump on my nose that I've always hated since I was 13, & when I smile my nose looks so droopy, so maybe raise that I'm not very sure, but I would want to get rid of the bump. So just wondering cost wise & what my best bet would be.
Answer: Cost for rhinoplasty Fees for rhinoplasty including the fee for the surgeon, surgical facility, anesthesia, and post operative care will depend on the city and surgeon. With that said it's best to set up a few consultations with different surgeons and make an informed decision based on their experience and speciality in the field. View their before and after photos to see what the outcome could potentially be.

Answer: Rhinoplasty Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photograph, you may benefit from a tip refining rhinoplasty. Your surgeon can accomplish this by trimming, suturing, and reshaping the cartilage in your lower nose. You may also benefit from a dorsal hump reduction. Cost varies based on geographic region and surgeon expertise. Make sure you specifically look at before and after pictures of real patients who have had this surgery performed by your surgeon and not just a computer animation system. The most important aspect is to find a surgeon you are comfortable with. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified plastic surgeon who can evaluate you in person. Best wishes and good luck. Richard G. Reish, M.D. Harvard-trained plastic surgeon

Answer: Cost, Rhinoplasty, Bulbous tip with moderate bump Your nose presents some challenging issues despite the fact it might look easy to fix. You have a very modest bump on the profile and this must be changed in only the most subtle way, so that a scooped out bridge would be avoided. Unfortunately during rhinoplasty this can be lowered too much resulting a noticeable scooped out profile deformity. In addition and I believe most importantly the tip of your nose is moderately bulbous and slightly droopy. In this situation surgical changes can result in an overly pointy tip and overly shortened nostrils creating a unnatural synthetic, piggy and pinched appearance. This can all be avoided while carrying out ultra natural looking no scar closed rhinoplasty procedure that changes the nose in a subtle way that does not give away the fact that you had rhinoplasty. As far as cost goes the fees can vary according to the geographic location of your hospital facilities and anesthesia cost. The fees can vary significantly approximately between $ 7500 to roughly $ 12,000.00 not including facility or anesthesia fees, for uncomplicated primary rhinoplasty.
