How many years of experience do a surgeon have to have to be considered experienced?

If the surgeon has beautiful before and afters, then the amount of experience doesn't really matter. If he has little experience but shows great results, wonderful. Agree with Dr. Denenberg, You have to see the surgeon results. Other important thing is how often does the surgeon perform the procedure. If there is a surgeon with less years of experience that other but  performs more Rhinoplasties that this one, probably the first one would have more experience on this procedure than the other.
