I'm a male and had my first and only rhinoplasty almost 20 years ago. At that time, the doctor set the nasal bone somewhat low, so the nasal bone seems "sunken in" underneath my forehead. Can the nasal bone be re-fractured or "built up" so that it looks better? The tip of my nose protrudes more than the nasal bone itself protrudes, if that makes sense. I'm wondering if I change the angle of the nasal bone if I would have a better-looking side profile and frontal view.
