Revision rhinoplasty using rib graft to make nose bigger and more masculine?

I would recommend consulting with a Board-Certified plastic surgeon experienced in revision rhinoplasty.  Many times rib cartilage is an excellent choice for creating a rigid framework for a nose, whether making it larger or smaller.  The reason rib cartilage is used is because scar contractile forces can pull areas of the nose in one direction or another.  An in-office consultation will help determine whether this is the best option for you.
