hello doctors , im writing to ask how much can a revision with a rib graft affect the nose in terms of making it bigger and more masculine ( straight no slope), i v had my first surgery to remove a large hump on the bridge but the surgeon took too much bones and cartilage. so i had a revision with septal graft but im not happy with the way my nose looks , i feel the need for a rib to make it all look like a 1 piece again , i dont want a perfect nose like models.i want one that suits my face.
