Can I have a rhinoplasty right before I get pregnant?

girlghost
I'm planning on having a revision rhino as the primary left me with a slight pollybeak and drooped tip. However, I am trying to get pregnant soon, and have heard swelling during pregnancy can interfere with the final result. Is this true? Can I have surgery pre-pregnancy, or do I need to wait until after?
