I had filler removed in cheeks and as a result cheeks have sagged and have a dip in them, im not suitable for threadlift as have fatty tissue under chin. Going to get short scar lift as I can have this area treated with liposuction, I feel as though there is still some filler in my face as I have no nose to mouth lines... I also had some in chin, is it best to have it all removed before I have the facelift? Thanks.

Answer: Should face fillers be removed before a facelift? Yes and no
Thank you for your question. While this is not going to cause you any harm, you will not see any benefit either. There are no peer reviewed published studies that support this and I can tell you with a high degree of certainty that this will not give you results you are hoping for.
The symptoms you are experiencing are not likely related to the presence of an Endotine device at this point. The device should have been completely absorbed by now. Scar tissue may have formed in the area of the device as the area healed and can be causing symptoms. If a "metal"...
It is not unusual for very small screws to be used to help suspend the facial tissues. The screws are used as an anchor for the sutures that hold up the tissues. If the screws are symptomatic, they can be removed.
