I am seeing a surgeon who doesnt seem to listen to me. He is recommending ssx 400. I am 5'4" and 120lbs. Small frame minimal breast tissue A cup. I want a full natural mid c. I want it to look as natural as possible and avoid the round fake appearance. I'm concerned about the extra high projection looking fake.

Answer: Implant Choice Choosing your implant size carefully is very important. Most patients complain of not going big enough. Consult your physician on why they chose this implant for you. Without measurements or photos it is hard to give further recommendation. Get a second opinion to be sure you choose a board certified surgeon you are most comfortable and confident with prior to scheduling surgery. Good luck!

Answer: Implant size choice Choosing an implant size is very personal. Every woman has different goals as well as past experience. There are a few good rules to remember. As you go up in size you will look more fake and you need to use an implant with a diameter that fits your chest. Every surgeon has a method for sizing. My preferred method is to have a patient try on implant sizer to see what size gives them the "look" they are seeking. Once you know how much size you want, then you have to see what implant profile will fit this on your chest. You should be comfortable with your selection before going to surgery.Best WishesDr. Peterson
