I am 5'3"- 130 lbs, getting Allergan, gel, smooth moderate implants (dual plane). I am currently a 36A and hoping to add volume to my deflated breasts. I do not want to be top heavy nor do I have "boob greed". Trying to decide between 330 cc and 345 cc. Both implants have been ordered and will be there on the day of surgery. I have heard the implants can appear anywhere from 5-10% smaller once inside. Help!

Answer: Deciding between 330 and 345cc implants Thanks for your question. The difference in size between these two implants is only a few millimeters so regardless which you choose, the outcome should be nearly the same. Your surgeon will be the best source of advice on implant sizing since this is based on information obtained during a physical examination (like breast dimensions, tissue thickness, skin tone, and nipple position). Your surgeon will be able to help you fine tune your decision.

Answer: Choosing your breast implant size There is very little difference in 15cc. This may equate to a 1mm change in dimension, at most. It is honestly more about choosing a size that you are comfortable with, but I suspect neither you or your surgeon will be able to tell the difference. I usually tell people in this situation to choose the large size, so that you won't be second-guessing your decision and wondering if you should have went bigger....when it won't make a difference anyway.
