Am I healing correctly after a punch mole removal on my nose? (Photo)

I got a mole removed on my nose two days ago and am concerned about how it is healing. Some white bumps are starting to form around the three stitches and it is pussing/bleeding. Is this normal for healing? I talked to my dermatologist today and she said that she thinks it's just irritated. Thoughts?

Use silicone based gels with growth factors to promote healing and limit scarring. If you are concerned show your physician in person to ensure no infection. Fractional lasers like fraxel/venus viva, vascular lasers like excel V/yellow laser, microneedling/PRP, dermabrasion, and peels can help after the suture come out.  Best, Dr. Emer.
