Freckles under eyes and on eyelids?

Despite using sunblock and wearing sun glasses, I have tons of freckles under my eyes (and some on my lids). What are some options to get rid of them? They make it look like I have dark circles.

It is possible that the mole was incompletely removed, or you may be experiencing some post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation of the area in response to the procedure that was performed. I recommend following up with the doctor who performed the procedure so that he or she may examine the site...

I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a scarring expert. This can be improved with a combination of lasers, microneedling/prp, subcision and fillers. See an expert. Best, Dr. Emer
