Freckles under eyes and on eyelids?

Despite using sunblock and wearing sun glasses, I have tons of freckles under my eyes (and some on my lids). What are some options to get rid of them? They make it look like I have dark circles.

It is possible that the mole was incompletely removed, or you may be experiencing some post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation of the area in response to the procedure that was performed. I recommend following up with the doctor who performed the procedure so that he or she may examine the site...

Thanks for your question. If subcision and fillers have not worked, then you could try microneedling which could smooth the edges. But my recommendation would be for excision of the scar, replacing it with a small linear scar with no contour deformity. Linear scars on the face usually heal very...
