On Wednesday 8/24/16, I had my third laser hair removal treatment on my neck. The woman administering the laser hair removal decided to turn up the intensity this time so that it would do the trick. I didn't know this until after when I discovered what I consider to be 1st degree burns. I have been putting Neosporin on the burns. I am headed to China to teach English. Will it be safe to go to China with these burns. I am planning to leave next week. Should I expect discoloration?
