Is this rhinoplasty surgery even possible? (Photo)

Question

Hello, my name is DIogo and i am 24 years old. I have a nose with very similar shape as the guy in the first picture. It´s hard to explain by words, but basically the apex and the nostrils (ala) are on the same horizontal imaginary line, there is no deviation. On the other hand, in the secondpicture , you see a normal nose(just an example of millions), where the apex is a bit further down than the alas, putting the nostrils in a diagonal position! Is it possible to change my nose to 2ºpicture?

I'm not sure that the procedure that you're requesting is possible, and it's not easy to reconstruct somebody's nose with such millimeter precision that you are looking to achieve. I hope this helps. Sincerely, Dr. Joseph

It is impossible to give you a sound comment on your question based on these two photos. Much better set of photos is needed for good analysis. It would be in Your best interest to address this issue in consultation with a rhinoplasty specialist in your country. Good luck.

As far as I can understand from your questio if you can provide photos with better lighting, from the side of your face and 1 meter away I would be able to make a proper evaluation. It would be more convenient to decide with face-to-face consultation. Best regards!

Of the two images you presented. Both men have noses that are typical and ideal.
Neither of them had indications for rhinoplasty surgery.
The idea that you can have your nose changed doesn’t make it a good idea.
I suggest focusing spending a little less time looking in the mirror. If you really want to get an assessment and better understanding of rhinoplasty surgery, then schedule a few in person, consultations with plastic surgeons in your community who do a lot of rhinoplasty procedures.
There should be a good indication before someone goes through a Permanent irreversible Contouring procedure. 
I suggest people avoid having surgery until they really need it.
