I have extra cartilage protruding in one nostril. Can this be corrected in office under local anesthesia? (Photo)

I have extra cartilage protruding out in one nostril. My question is this something that can be corrected in office under local anesthesia and be removed? How quick is recovery usually? Just trying to find out if it is even possible to do without general anesthesia and an invasive procedure? I am not looking to go under general anesthesia or have an invasive open rhinoplasty with a long recovery. Thank you in advance for you help.
