Thank you for your VASER question. Wearing the garment longer, might be beneficial if your surgeon did a lot of superficial and deep fat VASER lipo. I find, that in my patients, the VASER gives amazing results, but there's longer swelling and I keep my patients in compression for 4-6 weeks. About 3 weeks out, I have them sleep without the garment. See your plastic surgeon ad follow his/her advise. Good luck.
