Is This normal I am booked in for a 45min appt: to revise the swelling , under a local anesthetic . Will things be ok after the proceedure How long will it take to look better ???

Dear choclatelauraYour safety and newborn's well being take precedence over any aesthetic concern. In case your OB recommends a C-section, it can be done through your TT incision. Otherwise, there are no other general medical concerns.

Is it common and or dangerous to remove internal stitches of a tummy tuck preformed 7 years ago?

After a couple of months the internal repair should be healed enough to hold together without the sutures. However removing them may require almost re-doing the tummy tuck in order to do that. If the most bothersome ones are only in the lower abdomen, then it would be like a mini tummy tuck.

Thanks for your inquiry.  Unfortunately narcotics do cause constipation, and constipation does worsen hemorrhoids.  Plese discuss with yuor surgeon about a bowel regimen before surgery.  Good luck.
