If when you smile, you still have fillers in your cheeks that are prominent. Would getting Voluma make your cheeks look big?

Thank you for your question.  When you smile your cheek fat pad goes up and makes our cheeks look fuller than they actually are.  If small amounts of volume are placed in each cheek, it typically does not make you look too full unless your cheeks were very full to begin with.  By adding volume, Voluma by definition fills the cheek in an effort to lift the midface.  Discuss your concerns with your surgeon prior to injection.  Best wishes.
