Thank you for your question. When you smile your cheek fat pad goes up and makes our cheeks look fuller than they actually are. If small amounts of volume are placed in each cheek, it typically does not make you look too full unless your cheeks were very full to begin with. It depends on the amount and the placement of the filler. Every person has different genes which makes muscles, smiles, and cheeks entirely different for each person. Thank you for your question. Surgery would help the most with your concerns and provide a long-lasting result. However if you're looking for something nonsurgical to help soften the shadows underneath the eyes, then rest would be a great option in the hands of an experienced Injector.
Thank you for your question. Your voluma will eventually wear down. And you should return back to baseline. If you would like to accelerate the time course, then I would go to an experienced injector who can use an enzyme to dissolve the Voluma
Anytime you have an injection, there is a risk of a bruise. I inject Juvederm Voluma with a blunt tipped microcannula instead of a needle to decrease the risk of a bruise. If you develop a bruise I would:1) Take the supplement Arnica Montana 2) Cold compress for 2...
