12 day post op creases are not even and has scarring on right eye. Any suggestions?

There has been sufficient healing to understand what is going on here.  In the before picture, you have an early levator dehiscence. Although you do not manifest ptosis in the before picture, you do carry your eyebrows very high which is compensating for what is called latent ptosis in the upper eyelids.  That means if you relax your eyebrows, the eyelids are actually heavy so your brain compensates by holding up the eyebrows.  Many "eyelid" surgeons do not consider the levator when they perform blepharoplasty including double fold surgery.  In your eyelids and in many eyelids, this is a problem because the swelling can exacerbate the levator dehiscence.  In some cases, the surgery can actual severe or disinsert the levator aponeurosis.  Now that the swelling has diminished somewhat, you can see that the sulcus is retracting into the orbit which is a sign of levator disinsertion.  Once the eyelids have healed for 6 months, this disinsertion and associated ptosis can be repaired.  When this is done, the crease can be effectively lowered.  I do not recommend letting your current surgeon do this work.
