Is localized pain in my breast normal after exercise with two year old implants?

It certainly sounds like the exercising and the fall has caused some trauma to the left breast.   I would watch for damage to the left implant.  Most likely it is intact but certainly watch for decrease in size.I would recommend taking it easy for the next week, limit your exercising.   Ice will be helpful as well as Ibuprofen.  If it doesn't improve or you notice bruising or decrease in the size of the left breast contact your plastic surgeon for evaluation.

You are probably sore from over exertion. This is fairly common as patients go back to "normal" activities. If concerned, see your surgeon.

In your case, the combination of exercise and a fall appears to have cause some soft tissue injury to your chest. The question is whether or not you injured your implant. Initial treatment with rest, ice, and ibuprofen or an equivalent medicine is a reasonable place to start. If you get worse or have not improved after two week, you need to see your plastic surgeon.
