I've had my round saline breast implants for about two years. The surgery was done under muscle. I've had no problems. Two days ago i did rigorous excersize and in the same day also fell on my chest. Now my left breast is very sore on the bottom left side. Painful to the touch, as well as a continuous aching when I'm not moving the implant around. The pain is most intense on the bottom underside of the breast. There is no swelling or discoloration. The breast feels and looks normal.
