Raised lines on breast after breast lift and augmentation? (Photo)

Thanks for your question and photos. It's difficult to say from your photos but it looks like the lines are either stretch marks or just compression of the skin from your postop bandage. If it's from the bandage then they should get significantly better as time goes on and  the swelling  subsides. Congrats on what looks like a great early result. Best wishes. 

The lines you speak of appear to look like lines of swelling and compression from a bra or other garment.  This is likely to get better as the swelling subsides.
