Raised lines on breast after breast lift and augmentation? (Photo)

Hello I am 3 days post op. I had a breast lift and had my old 525cc implants exchanged for 800cc under the muscle. So far I seem to be healing great. I have noticed raised stretch mark type lines on the bottom of my breasts.. they seem to have formed in the past day. Are they in fact stretch marks, or are they something to be concerned about?

Thanks for your question and photos. It's difficult to say from your photos but it looks like the lines are either stretch marks or just compression of the skin from your postop bandage. If it's from the bandage then they should get significantly better as time goes on and  the swelling  subsides. Congrats on what looks like a great early result. Best wishes.

The lines you speak of appear to look like lines of swelling and compression from a bra or other garment.  This is likely to get better as the swelling subsides.
