I was told by my surgeon that if I get cohesive gel round implants, they will still look natural & will have a teardrop shape. I am 11 weeks post op & I feel I have too much upper pole fullness/too round of a breast. Will the downward slope become less round over time or is this the shape I am stuck with? Perhaps I got too large of an implant (high profile-365cc) & a smaller implant would have resulted in a less convex/round shape from top of breast to nipple. Please read photo captions
