Question

I had 325 and 355 ml breast implants placed under the muscle. I had a bit of sagging and tuberous breasts and because of my history of huge hypertrophic scars the doctor and I decided to perform a Benelli Lift with permanent internal sutures but now I can see my old cease and it looks horrible :( I had the breast implants placed 2 weeks ago and the Benelli Lift done today. Is it possible it will go away? Is this swelling? This is a nightmare :( Thank you.

I understand your concern and it is quite normal to be concerned about the outcome following a breast lift surgery. However, you are still in the early stages of the healing process at 2 weeks post op.
  
Your will need to be patient at this moment and follow what your surgeon has instructed you to do post operatively.
  
At the early stage of the healing process, the tissues around the operated area are still swollen. Once the swelling subsides, you will be able to see the final result of your breast lift surgery.
  
But if you are still concerned, you can always visit your plastic surgeon and discuss your concerns. This way, you will be reassured. Also, if after six months, you are not satisfied with the appearance of your breast, you can visit your plastic surgeon and discuss the possibility of revision surgery.
  
Lastly, follow your plastic surgeons post-operative instructions and advice for faster healing and recovery.

Thanks for your question.  Your old inframammary fold is certainly visible in your photos, but this will improve to some degree over time.  If you have a smooth implant then that will stretch out the lower pole of the breast over the next 3-6 months as the implant settles.  At this point it is best to check in with your surgeon and give the result time to evolve.
