Depending upon what one's goals are and the size and type of implants needed I would doubt one would have any changes to the skin above the nipple areola. Answer: Will implants with a lift destroy my chest tattoos? Based on your photos I doubt that a lift with implants would do any harm to your tattoos. Your tattoos are high enough on your chest that they should be fine.
