breast reduction/lift and implants done 4 weeks ago through the areola. Is this dehiscence? Is it normal/expected? Suggestions?

Hello, I had a breast reduction/lift and implants done 4 weeks ago through the areola. The sutures were removed about a week ago and I started to notice some separation of the skin from the areola that’s not really getting better. It doesn’t hurt much, just some pulling/burning sensation. It feels like an abrasion. I clean it every day and apply antiobiotic ointment and some other cream (to promote healing) as instructed by my PS (he’s outside of the U.S). What am I doing wrong? Is this normal?
