Rash on breasts after lift with augmentation (Photo)

june2018bawi
I had my breast lift+implants on June 5, about 5.5 weeks ago. At around 4 weeks, my doctor advised that I could begin scar treatment. I applied mepitac silicone tape and a rash developed. It has only gotten worse since, and I haven't used this tape since that day. It's very itchy. Taking benadryl doesn't seem to help much. I have applied ScarAway Gel and silicone strips occasionally, which don't seem to aggravate it. I have used Neosporin+scar treatment, as well. How do I fix this?
