6 weeks into my breast augmentation, my nipples are burning and my scar is red and liquid is coming out of my areolas (Photo)

I’ve been keeping it clean and I’m applying neosporing, it helped for a few days and now I’m back to 0! Is there any product that will help them heal faster? What can I do to calm the burning? Will they heal normal?
