Answer: Breast Augmentation Alone Thank you for your question and photos. A breast augmentation alone under the muscle with a 325 cc implants would give you a nice fuller and natural result. You do not need a lift at this point. Your nipple position appears to be normal. Best wishes!

Answer: Augmentation alone I agree you do not need an augmentation. This size of implants would give you nice fullness with minimal scars. Dissection over the muscle can help ensure proper nipple position as well.

Answer: Grade 1 ptosis? Implants hp 325cc Thank you for the question and pictures. It is difficult to give you accurate advice based on the photographs. From the side views, your nipple/areola complexes are above the inframammary folds; this anatomy suggests that you will do well with breast augmentation surgery only. However, unfortunately from the frontal view there seems to be a significant amount of ptotic skin “sitting” on the upper abdominal wall skin; this anatomy suggests that you may benefit from breast lifting surgery. Besides your anatomy, other considerations such as your personal goals and expectations (what you mean by "sufficient look") will come into play when it comes to determining what operation to proceed with. My best suggestion: seek consultation with carefully selected well experienced board certified plastic surgeons who can demonstrate significant experience achieving the types of outcomes you wish to achieve. Then, communicate your goals/concerns/questions carefully as well. Learn about the pros/cons/risks/complications associated with each one of the surgical options discussed. Working together, you will determine the best plan to achieve your goals. Best wishes.

Answer: Breast augmentation sizing using breast implant sizers Hi, Thanks for posting your question. I am happy to try and help you. It is important to remember that a board certified plastic surgeon will be your best resource when it comes to an accurate assessment of your situation, and concerns. Having said that, thank for your height and weight and breast size estimates, they do help. There is really no way to accurately predict what size you would like without an examination. During your examination and consultation, you should try on some sample sizes and see what you are comfortable with. Then the PS can help explain with the size and current condition of your breasts the effects of those sized implants will have on you. If you have accomplished this step, then trust your plastic surgeons advice as to what would be the best size for you. They have the experience. If you are uncomfortable, go on another consultation.AFter you have decided on a size, with your condition you may or may not require a small lift. Best wishes, Dr. Michael J.
